Looking to disrupt the property market, this is a brand that empowers sellers and landlords and allows them to rethink their approach to selling and renting.

Looking to shake up and demystify the traditional UK property market, List Property are on a mission to encourage homeowners and landlords to rethink how they sell or rent their properties. By offering a self-service platform, they aim to put the power back in the hands of the homeowner, making the process of listing a property simple, accessible, and stress-free.

 

And as disruptors of the traditional estate agents’ process, they needed a way to communicate their mission. A way for customers to feel in control, and a way for List to instil confidence in the new process they’ve developed. The answer to that lay in their branding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Confident, playful, accessible

 

To support their mission, we crafted a brand identity that’s non-complex, approachable, and human. One that feels approachable, human, and optimistic, without losing its sense of credibility. 

 

The wordmark balances both confidence and warmth, with a playful yet simple design that feels human and accessible. A flexible brand system ensures the identity works across all platforms and formats, with a distinctive house-shaped marque that ties back to the brand’s purpose. So whether the brand appears on a billboard, a social post, or a digital ad, it’s always unmistakably List.

Approachable, ownable, empowering

 

The L from the brand marque then carries through into other elements, further owning their identity. Soft curves that follow those in the marque letter carry through into various layouts, removing harsh edges for a sense of openness and approachability. Meanwhile, capitalising the word ‘List’ reframes the very action at the centre of the property market, turning a once-daunting process into something empowering and accessible.

 

As for the vibrant colour palette, this reinforces the brand’s values, evoking positivity, optimism, reassurance, and professionalism. Bright, people-focused imagery reinforces the idea of giving homeowners control and confidence, turning what was once a daunting task into something empowering and even exciting.
