Wellness practitioners Sarah and Elle successfully built The Moon Sisters into an empowering online yoga platform, nurturing a highly active digital community that allows users to practice mindfulness in their own space and time.
However, as their platform grew, they faced a delicate challenge. They wanted to welcome a wider audience, but needed to do so without losing the intimate, welcoming connection that drove their initial success.
Here’s how we helped them craft a visual identity that protects their peaceful energy, while deepening trust with their community as they scale.
Visualising the feeling of ‘Flow’
When it comes to digital, a brand’s visual identity needs to instantly communicate its core ethos. While The Moon Sisters’ ethos is captured directly in their tagline of ‘Find your flow,’ we needed a way of actually visualising this.
The result was a delicate, continuous line device. Extending naturally from the custom typography—such as the crossbar of an ‘f’ or the tail of an ‘r’—it literally flows across any space. This creates a calming, uninterrupted visual journey that mirrors the physical and mental movement of their yoga practice while also reflecting the holistic connection between mind, body and community.
Designing for digital calm
To support a digital environment of mindfulness and focus, we had to deliberately eliminate visual noise. We anchored the brand in a highly intentional, neutral colour palette of earthy browns, beiges, warm oranges and soft baby blues, designed to immediately evoke a sense of calm.
We then designed all other brand elements to work in harmony, creating the calming experience across all touchpoints:
Logo: A vertically stacked typographic mark, crowned with a minimalist, single-line sunrise. It creates a clean, grounding presence that feels established yet deeply approachable.
Iconography: Expanding on the sunrise motif of the logo, we developed a custom suite of fine-line icons representing yoga, mindfulness and health. These gently guide the user without demanding attention.
Art direction: Photography focuses on static, held poses within warm, neutral spaces. By avoiding hyper-dynamic imagery, the photography consistently reinforces an environment of deliberate pacing and calm.

Nurturing an online wellness platform shouldn’t mean losing the authenticity that makes it special. By replacing a fragmented visual presence with a unified, carefully crafted identity, we helped The Moon Sisters create a digital sanctuary that continues to stay true to their roots as their community expands.
