The Moon Sisters.

The Moon Sisters, aka Sarah and Elle, have built an empowering online platform that allows people of all ages and abilities to practice yoga in their own space, in their own time. Having nurtured a safe and supportive community, Sarah and Elle came to us looking for a brand identity that would better reflect what their practice is all about. Here’s what we did.

An identity based on empowerment, community and connection

We put together two brand concepts for them to choose from, the first taking a lifestyle-oriented approach while the second aimed for a calming feel inspired by the flow of yoga. Both concepts included a new brand marque, colour palette, tone of voice and iconography, showing how these would work together across different touchpoints.

By giving Sarah and Elle these two options, they could get a better feel of which direction would best represent their practice and community. In the end, they were drawn towards the yoga-inspired identity.

This featured organic elements in the marque and iconography to create a welcoming and authentic feel. We then included delicate linework flowing off the typography to bring in a dynamic element, also reflecting the connection they promote between bodies, minds and people.
