Putting a fresh spin on vintage, Pretty in Pink is the latest independent to grace Shrewsbury’s high street and when they approached us, we knew this was a unique opportunity to craft something truly special. Since Shrewsbury is full of other amazing independents, Pretty in Pink needed to stand out. How? By making it more than just a shop.
The vision was to transform Pretty in Pink into a vibrant community and the go-to destination for quality vintage clothing. Somewhere for like-minded individuals to connect. And for that we needed to create something that was both nostalgic and modern, playful and sophisticated. Something that would appeal to both vintage enthusiasts and fashion-forward shoppers alike.
A palette of rich, whimsical colours paired with distinct typography captures the playful, personal feel of the brand. As for the messaging, this focuses on their values of authenticity, community, and empowerment. This was rolled out across paper shopping bags and social, while we also took a hands-on approach with the store interior to ensure that it aligns with the overall brand aesthetic.
Within just weeks, the signage went up and Pretty in Pink launched open its doors to local Shrewsbury shoppers. Of course, our team also paid the store a visit and while we might be biased, we have to say it looked awesome. Everything was on point for the brand and it was a real treat to see them have such a successful grand opening!
