Sometimes, reading can feel like a lot. That’s why we’ve added a new audio feature to our website. And it’s something we believe every ambitious business should be thinking about, too.

 

Using AI technology, we’ve turned our articles into audio that you can listen to on the go. Each voice is bespoke to a member of our team, so when you press play, it’s not just some random robot. You’re hearing it straight from our people, making it more personal, more immersive, and a whole lot more us. 

 

 

 

So, why have we added audio?

 

Because if there’s anything we know, it’s that UX matters. We want to make every site visit feel effortless, whether you’re here for specific brand-growth insights or just having a browse over your morning coffee. 

 

You can now connect with our team on a deeper level as we take the next step in celebrating their individual thoughts and voices, all while on your commute, cooking, or sorting your inbox. This audio element delivers a richer experience, adding warmth, character, and rhythm that makes each article feel like a conversation instead of a lecture. And if you process information better by ear or simply need a screen break, it also makes our content more accessible.

 

 

 

Every website should have audio

 

And we believe that every brand looking to deliver great UX should embrace this new feature. Why? Because your users want flexibility and audio is becoming an expectation as part of that. Podcasts are booming, voice search is growing, and multitasking is a daily reality. So why should your website be read-only?

 

This kind of feature is a great way of showing that you understand your audience’s time, habits, and preferences. We’re an honest bunch, so we want to embrace AI with full transparency. We sat down and did several voice recordings of various team members, which were then input to create bespoke AI voices. We contemplated using existing AI voices, but none of them felt right. So this was the closest option that felt authentically us.

 

And we know you might be wondering why we’re even using AI at all, why not just record them ourselves? The answer is simply time. We want to keep posting the latest insights to help your business grow, and we want to continue evolving our website to deliver a great user experience. 

 

But our client projects deserve our full attention, so this was the solution. And we think it’s a pretty solid one, balancing your experience with our practicalities of working in a brand and web design agency.
