The ultimate goal was to equip Zaptic with an impactful brand that delivers consistency across all touchpoints. We helped by creating brand guidelines that covered everything from ownable illustrations and iconography to tone of voice and typography. Together with a brand toolkit to support their marketing efforts, they now have the foundations for a consistent brand designed to leave a lasting impact on their audience.
Once the brand had been refined, we went ahead with designing an engaging interactive website. The initial stages focused on establishing a clear message hierarchy and smooth user journeys. This step was essential in telling a compelling story about their product’s benefits, while the responsive, user-friendly design helps build confidence in the software itself.
From Zaptic’s side, the website needed to be equally user-friendly and equipped with the tools their business would need to continue growing. Together with a website layout builder, we included a Hubspot integration to help their own team streamline processes and simplify the day-to-day running of the business.
