Giving a new lease of life to a disused sugar beet factory, Allscott Meads is a thriving community space with 64 acres of homes, schools, and businesses. Entering the second phase of the development, it was time to refine their brand to reflect the evolving identity of the area.

BRAND IDEA

With a shift in focus from selling houses to selling a community, the brand needed to champion the residents that make up the heart of the area. The brand marque acts as a badge for the community, while the inclusive imagery and tone of voice celebrate the people who make the houses homes.

With the brand also recognisable as part of their parent company SJ Roberts, the refresh was seamlessly rolled out across their user-led website. The result is a website that showcases the Allscott Meads community while delivering the credibility of the parent company, reassuring users and giving them the confidence to convert.
