OVERVIEW

An inspiring place with a compelling story to tell, Telford were looking to create a new identity that would capture the town's spirit and turn it into a leading destination. In creating a strong sense of place, the aim was to draw in visitors, attract new businesses, and rejuvenate the town. Here’s how we helped.

BRAND IDEA

Once we had uncovered the town’s story and established the very essence of the place, we created an identity that gives a subtle nod to the town’s industrial heritage while reflecting its diversity. Imagery is geared towards emotional brand storytelling, focusing on adventure, history and people.

The brand guidelines provide clear direction on how to use their branding elements and what to avoid, creating a consistent and compelling brand ready to roll out across digital and print. The result is a cohesive experience that conveys their story at every touchpoint.

GROWTH MARKETING

Given that Telford’s marketing would be mostly in print format, we also provided guidance on layout and application to show how the branding elements work together in billboards, posters, adverts and print. This additional direction continues to preserve the branding's impact and shape a leading destination to visit, live, and work.
