Based in the heart of Shropshire, Rowton Vineyard produces delicious local wine that’s packed full of character. Established by twin sisters Mel and Zoe, they’re all about flavour and inclusivity. Whether you’re a casual drinker or a wine connoisseur, the vineyard has something that everyone can enjoy.
Looking to capture this within their brand, we’ve had a blast working with Rowton to create a distinct feel that engages their audience. They tasked us with designing a new identity that’s playful, light-hearted and authentic, capturing everything they represent, and here’s how we did it.

Building a playful & engaging identity
First identifying Rowton Vineyard’s core values, we put together a vibrant brand concept packed with personality. This included textured and handwritten elements to add a personal touch, while an extended colour palette and lively splashes reflect the flavourful wines they produce. We also established an honest tone of voice that’s friendly and approachable, effectively communicating the inclusive, independent feel of their business. The result is a friendly, playful and welcoming brand.
